Yoga Lift combines a beginner-friendly yoga class with light dumbbells and gentle aerobics, such as step jacks. In short, it's a little bit of yoga, a little bit of cardio, and a whole lot of fun! Yoga Lift is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and balanced.
