In this practice of balance and strength, the body relies on the muscles of the core to hold balance postures. This allows the body to unite for strength and balance on and off the mat.
In this practice we will focus on deep hip opening poses and overall back and leg stretches to help keep the body aligned and feeling good. The body is like a chain, everything is hooked together and when the legs aren't happy the hips aren't happy and when the hips aren't happy the back is not happy. This class is designed to keep everything flowing smoothly with a series of very effective movements.
A class for all levels. Breath and movement work together to bring a full circle yoga practice. Experience all the components of yoga in your own body and at your own level.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. A Vinyasa class is great cardiovascular exercise and moving mediation. This class will be an invigorating flow that will strengthen the body and the mind.

A practice made of poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and pillows, putting the body into a comfortable position with gentle attention directed toward breath.
