In this practice we will focus on deep hip opening poses and overall back and leg stretches to help keep the body aligned and feeling good. The body is like a chain, everything is hooked together and when the legs aren't happy the hips aren't happy and when the hips aren't happy the back is not happy. This class is designed to keep everything flowing smoothly with a series of very effective movements.

A practice made of poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and pillows, putting the body into a comfortable position with gentle attention directed toward breath. This rest is different than deep sleep which includes periods of dreaming, increasing muscle tension and physiological signs of tension.
