Regardless of pace or distance, running can leave muscles feeling tired and sore. In this series, each week will focus on different areas of the body from a runner's perspective, working to stretch and prepare muscle groups for your next run. Whether you're running primarily on road or trail; whether you're just starting as a runner or have decades of experience, this series is great for all levels of runners and all levels of yoga practitioners. Come prepare your body for those weekend long runs!
